Make a complaint about the product with the retailer
You should always approach the retailer first.
If you purchased our product at a specialist retailer, online retailer or in a department store, we request that you contact the respective outlet, presenting your proof of purchase. The retailer shall then handle the complaint with us (or with our sales partners abroad).
Direct contact with Westmark
Please do not send us the defective product unrequested, but rather contact us first. We shall then coordinate the further course of action.
